HEVN Hand tied wefts are sold individually. Each weft is 12" wide.

All HEVN hair is meant to be custom colored to blend seamlessly for your client. The 613 pale blonde tones beautifully, and can be low lighted and rooted for a perfect, natural look.

We DO NOT recommend lightening the hair.

We recommend using REDKEN SHADES EQ, or other NON AMMONIA color.

We recommend OLAPLEX shampoo and conditioner or ILES FORMULA shampoo, conditioner and serum for your clients at home use.

We do not accept returns on hair that has been altered in any way.

All HEVN orders over $200 ship for free via USPS Priority mail. Weekday orders placed before 3pm are shipped same day, weekday orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the following business day.

It is very important that you educate yourself and your clients on the proper care and maintenance of hair extensions. Extensions do not benefit from the natural oils produced from the body and scalp, therefore professional, moisturizing shampoos, conditioners, oils, and moisturizing styling aides are important.

 Volumizing or thickening products of any kind are not recommended.

Hard water and well water can greatly affect extensions. They can easily become dry and brittle which causes tangling and breakage. This is an important thing to note before purchasing extensions for yourself or your clients.

Clients need to adhere to a strict 6 week tightening service schedule to properly maintain the integrity of their wefts.

A care and maintenance guide is included with all purchases. It is important that you and your clients review this information together and follow the guidelines.

With proper care and maintenance, HEVN extensions will last 6-9 months.
